Fitness has always been a part of my life somehow whether it was dancing and swimming growing up, majoring in Kinesiology in college, having a gym membership, or partaking in group fitness classes. But rejoining training with Josh Bowen has catapulted my love for the fitness industry. I thank him every day for leaving the corporate world and coming back to the gym. In November of 2012, I had my first training session with Josh and I haven’t looked back;losing 20 lbs. and gaining more muscle than I ever thought I could. This, meanwhile, was in the midst of two major health set backs so I can attest that anything is possible if you just put your mind to it.
Part of my inspiration for starting this blog were all of the comments I was/am getting from family and friends. They have ranged from how good I look, to how much they admire me, to asking for advice. I am not promising I will have all of the answers but I can provide you with a fun and inspiring place to start or continue with your fitness journey.
I have rediscovered my love for fitness and wellness and cannot wait to share it with you.
